dishonorable company
This company did not honor their guaranties on shrubbery. They knew our shrubs had died within 6 weeks but refused to replace them. R. Bales repeatedly told us he would replace the shrubs at no cost to us (various dates for over 10 months) and even shook hands. We thought he was honorable but he is not.
